For our students and prospective students, kickboxing is offered three (3) times a week at Renzo Gracie Lake Houston. It’s easy to enroll and you can discuss your training goals with our team so we can help you reach them along with a whole new level of fitness for you.

Our kickboxing program is a mixture of muay thai style kickboxing along with several other styles. Our workout is heavy on hitting pads and learning combinations so there are elements that are beneficial for everyone whether you are looking for cardio conditioning, training for self-defense, preparing for competition or just want to stay sharp and round out your game. We have live sparring for those ready for that as well.
